A marvelous French spring

It’s been a while, but as tons of family paid us a visit, there wasn’t much time to write. So here’s a quick hello from me, now that spring has sprung upon us in full force. I just had to share these dazzling spring flowers and creepy crawlies we’ve encountered whilst crossing the rejuvenation of nature on our path this last month.

The Easter season is normally overcast with the threat of rain, but this year the sun is shining and giving us all her warmth, although the mountain tops are still covered in snow.

In the spring, I have counted 136 different kinds of weather inside of 24 hours. — Mark Twain

Buzzing bees and warmer air, it’s time to get rid of winter jackets, furry boots and gloves, let’s break out our cute outfits that have been hiding in our closet all winter!

Animals, insects are ready to bask in the sun, so I welcome you to the curious creepy crawlies inhabiting our land.

Just search among leaf litter and under logs and stones, 1springcreepymother nature’s bugs will come out of hiding and into the spotlight. Forest and garden adventures await you…

Lovely strawberries, spring onions, asparagus, rhubarb and so many other tasty surprises, delicious, fresh produce are filing the market’s selling baskets.

I am still awaiting the arrival of our couple of golden orioles, beautiful yellow whistling birds. When they will have arrived in our garden, I know the sun is here to stay!

Feeling like it’s an upcoming flip flop season,
